II’m not just another leadership coach - I’ve lived both sides of pressure.
For over 18 years, I’ve worked in high-stakes leadership roles - building teams, driving revenue, and navigating the emotional realities of performance at the top.
And for 16 years as a therapist and Executive Resilience Coach, I’ve helped leaders understand how their minds and bodies respond to stress - so they can lead sustainably, not reactively.
