FAQ
-
What’s the difference between executive coaching and therapy?
Therapy explores the emotional patterns, trauma, and inner narratives that shape who you are. Executive coaching focuses on applying emotional intelligence and strategic mental fitness to how you lead. As both a therapist and an Executive Resilience Coach, I integrate both perspectives - helping you grow personally and professionally without separating the two.
-
How do I know if coaching is right for me?
If you’re navigating leadership stress, decision fatigue, or the pressure to perform but still want to grow without burning out, coaching can help. It’s ideal for high performers, executives, or entrepreneurs who want to strengthen resilience, lead with empathy, and create sustainable success.
-
Do you offer mental health therapy as well as executive coaching?
Yes. I provide both, depending on your goals. If you’re seeking emotional healing, therapy may be the best fit. If you want to elevate your performance and leadership sustainability, coaching is ideal. Many clients begin with one and evolve into the other as their needs change.
-
Can I book sessions outside the United States?
For one-on-one sessions, I currently work only during business hours (7 AM – 5 PM CST).
Cohort experiences and organizational labs are scheduled collaboratively with HR to align with the group’s needs. -
What if I’m not sure whether to move forward with coaching?
That’s exactly what the consultation is for. It’s not a commitment, it’s a conversation to explore your goals, ask questions, and see if this work feels like the right fit. The first step is simply curiosity.
-
Do you work with organizations or teams?
Yes. I partner with organizations through customized coaching labs, leadership development programs, and speaking engagements that focus on resilience, pressure optimization, and sustainable performance systems.
-
How long are the coaching programs?
Individual programs typically last 3 - 6 months, depending on your goals. Organizational or cohort programs are customized, often running 8 - 12 weeks with integrated follow-ups.
-
Can I start with a single session?
Yes. You can book a one-hour executive consultation or mental fitness session to experience the approach before committing to a full program.
-
How is your approach different from traditional executive coaching?
My work integrates neuroscience, psychology, and lived leadership experience. With over 16 years as a therapist and 18 years in executive leadership, I bridge mental health and performance, helping you understand stress signals, build empathy, and lead sustainably.
