I help high-achieving leaders build sustainable success without sacrificing their health, relationships, or humanity.

Before founding Rae Francis Consulting, I spent more than a decade in senior leadership, including serving as an Executive Vice President overseeing sales and operations. I understand the pressure of making high-stakes decisions, carrying responsibility, managing complexity, and leading when people are looking to you for direction.

I also bring more than 16 years of experience helping people understand the patterns beneath stress, burnout, over-functioning, self-doubt, emotional exhaustion, and growth.

That combination is what makes this work different.

I understand the business side of leadership.

And I understand how deeply the two are connected.
